Chickenpox infection is caused by the varicella-zoster virus (VZV). The disease is spread through sneezing, phlegm, saliva, using the sick person's bed, clothes or coming in contact with a person infected with the virus. After 10 to 21 days of exposure to the virus, symptoms of this disease start appearing in the person's body. The disease is most contagious one or two days before the rashes occur on the body and until the rashes dry up and heal, there is a risk of infection of the virus.

2)Symptoms of Chickenpox:

Chickenpox usually occurs on the neck, face, and back. Rash on various parts of the body is the main symptom of this disease. In this disease, red rash and rashes remain on the body for about seven to 10 days and there is fluid or water filled in it which looks like a blister. These red grains are more painful if they occur in the area around the mouth, scalp, eyes, and genitals. It takes time to recover completely because if the old grains heal, then new ones emerge, this cycle continues for about two weeks. This disease is completely contagious and until the entire rash of the body is cured, there is a risk of spreading the virus to another person's body as well.
